Through a combination of data-driven insights and personalised assessments, this service supports healthier, more resilient teams.

The process begins with a flexible questionnaire—customisable to your organisation’s needs—that captures employees’ perceptions of physical discomfort and potential MSK risks. This is followed by individual assessments to evaluate key physical factors that may contribute to work-related pain or injury.

Musculoskeletal Health Check

The Musculoskeletal Health Check is delivered in two stages: 

  1. Customisable Questionnaire 

Employees complete a digital or paper-based questionnaire that gathers insights into their physical wellbeing and potential MSK concerns. 

2. Individual Assessments 

Each employee receives a personalised assessment—either virtually or face-to-face—conducted by a qualified MSK Specialist. The assessment focuses on: 

  • Flexibility 
  • Strength
  • Balance

Employees also receive educational resources and signposting to further support where needed.

We also provide a clinically backed range of ergonomic equipment at PAM Ergonomics, where we work with you and the employee to make sure the set-up is appropriate.
