Musculoskeletal Treatment

Musculoskeletal treatment

After an MSK (musculoskeletal) assessment, whether completed online, through the telephone triage service, or in person, our clinical expert will create a treatment and recovery plan specific to the individual.

Some main methods we use include:

  • Education and Advice:
Clinicians give tips on daily activities like posture and lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
  • Movement and Exercise:
The PAM Physio Solution clinical team are experts in prescribing exercises to improve overall health, and mobility, and strengthen specific body parts.
  • Manual Therapy
PAM Physio Solution clinicians can use their hands or tools to relieve pain and stiffness and improve movement.
