Features
For the employer
Manual handling training helps ensure that your organisation complies with health and safety regulations, avoiding fines and legal issues. Our training helps create a safer workplace by teaching colleagues proper handling techniques, making lifting and moving objects easier, safer, and more efficient.
Understanding and applying these techniques, along with knowing the legal requirements, can greatly reduce the risk of workplace injuries. Fewer injuries mean lower medical costs, compensation claims, and potential legal costs. Colleagues who know how to handle objects correctly can work more efficiently and with less downtime due to injuries. They also take fewer sick days, leading to more consistent productivity.
For the colleague
You can gain insight into how well your heart and lungs are functioning and handling exercise. It’s a safe, easy test that doesn’t require any special equipment and usually takes about 10 minutes for the physical aspect.
We will help you to understand your fitness level and guide your exercise programmes.
